Human performance begins with nourishing the human.

We’ve spent decades optimizing how we work. The next frontier of performance is the human itself.

Creating the conditions for humans to thrive and expanding capacity available to think, create, adapt, connect, and perform.

the work follows.
The challenge

We keep asking more of people, but rarely ask what allows more to become available.

Most approaches to performance focus on what people do: productivity, skills, systems, habits, goals. We focus one layer deeper, on how much of the human is actually available to perform.

On My Path helps individuals, leaders, and organizations expand human capacity through evidence-informed education, coaching, workshops, and experiences.

The human performance question

The capacity gap is already visible.

Organizations need people to think clearly, adapt, create, connect, and perform. Yet the conditions surrounding work can limit how much of that capacity is available.

Demand and capacity

Leaderssay employee productivity must increase.

Workers and leaderssay they lack enough time or energy to do their work.

53% of leaders say employee productivity must increase. 80% of workers and leaders say they lack enough time or energy to do their work. The demand for more output is growing alongside a reported shortage of time and energy. Two separate survey questions, each shown out of 100% of its own respondents. Engagement and outcomes

The human side of work is connected to business results.

  • Microsoft, 2025 Work Trend Index. Online survey of 31,000 full-time knowledge workers in 31 markets, February to March 2025. The two figures come from different questions and respondent groups. They describe what people report, not measured productivity.
  • Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026. Global employee engagement for 2025, from Gallup World Poll interviews with 141,444 employed adults, collected January to December 2025.
  • Gallup, Q12 Meta-Analysis, 11th Edition. 183,806 business and work units across 347 organizations. Figures are median differences between units in the highest and lowest engagement quartiles. They show association, not cause, and are not projections of any program’s results.

Performance is an expression of available human capacity.

Our lens

How do we get people to perform better?

What conditions allow more of the human to come alive?

Rather than asking people to push harder, we look at what allows them to become capable of more.

We call the creation of these conditions nourishment. Not perks. Not simply wellness. Not doing less.

Create the conditions.

Support the human systems beneath performance: how we sleep, move, regulate, focus, connect, and experience our environment.

Human performance is systemic. It never exists apart from the human producing it.

Energy, attention, regulation, relationships, leadership, and recovery interact constantly, which is why sustainable performance cannot be reduced to a single habit, tool, or intervention.

Founder

“Humans are the most sophisticated technology on the planet, yet we spend our energy on the surface and leave most of our capacity untouched. Why?”

Neta Chavoinik is a human performance specialist. His work began in corporate strategy, where he spent four years working inside environments built around performance, growth, and results. His path then moved deeper into the human behind those outcomes.

Through training in coaching, yoga, meditation, movement, and human development, alongside years of personal exploration, a larger question emerged:

What actually determines how much of our human capacity is available to us?

On My Path brings these worlds together. Neta works with individuals, leaders, and organizations to translate research, embodied practice, and human development into practical ways of expanding the capacity available for life and work.
